Had Ed Smart known of the Gaspar statement held back from the Portuguese investigation for six months, suggesting paedophilia amongst the group of doctors, would he have still helped the McCanns.? Had Ophrah Winfrey profiled the McCann case and done her homework, read the police files and seen the statement would she still have invited them on her show ?.
